My neighbour got frostbite to the upper half of both of her feet many years ago, and today she suffers greatly from pain. Will magnetic insoles reduce or eliminate the pain? Will they increase the circulation that has been stagnant for so long? Thanks, Mary

Hello Mary

I think magnetic therapy can definitely help your friend.

She really needs to improve her circulation to the feet and lower leg area to start healing her nerve endings and reduce her pain.

She should start by drinking magnetised water and wearing a pair of magnetic shoe insoles. The magnetised water and the magnetic insoles will work together to increase the circulation, ease the pain and help to repair some of the damege to the area.

It isn’t going to be a quick fix, she will need to persevere with it as these type of things don’t go away overnight.

After a period of time she might want to add a magnetic pad to position under her feet at night or straps that she can wear around her ankles to take over from the insoles at night, BUT see how she goes with just the insoles and drinking magnetised water first.

Regards
Kat
