I sustained a chip fracture to the upper end of the humerus bone in my right arm 7 weeks ago due to being pulled over by a bolting horse. I am being seen by a physiotherapist, and have exercises to do to re-establish movement in my shoulder. I have pain in my first finger, thumb, wrist, elbow, upper arm, and shoulder (back and front) and wonder what type of magnet therapy would be useful to help speed the recovery of the soft tissues. Hi Julie,

The best thing to do is to use healing magnets as close to the area of pain as possible.

magnetic bracelet and magnetic necklaceBecause your pain is in your shoulder and down the arm and into your
hands, you will be best to get the magnets at both ends. A high strength magnetic necklace and a high strength magnetic bracelet will work togther to treat from the shoulder down and the wrist up.

The stainless steel magnetic bracelets and necklaces on our website each contain a 3,000 gauss magnet in each link. The high strength magnetism will penetrate the skin and tissues and will help to relieve pain and inflammation and also aid with the repair process by encouraging new cell growth.

I would also strongly advise that you use a magnetic water wand to magnetise all of your cold drinks. By drinking at least 4 glasses of magnetised liquid a day it will help to speed up the healing process, flush excess toxins out of the body and increase the strength of the
magnets on the outside by up to a further 10 times.

The combination of magnetised water, magnetic necklace and a magnetic bracelet will really speed up your healing process and alleviate pain.

Regards
Kat
