Magnetic therapy cannot CURE Cancer - do not waste your money buying magnetic products claiming to cure cancer from unethical people….

Here’s the advice that kat gave to one such innocent victim.
george : have a therapist in town who claims magnetic therapy can cure hiv aids. Is that true?
kat : from in depth study and research into how magnetic therapy works on the human body I am sure that it is not a cure for anything but a form of sympton management
george : That would mean that it won’t make it go away but will work on the virus somenhow. How does the magnetism affect the virus? or probably just educate me on how the magnetic therapy works on the body? 
kat : Healing magnets can help to relieve pain, inflammation and stiffness. It can help to heal if used over long periods of time and will help to maintain a healthy circulation.
george : alright what is the scientific representation of how they work on the body. coz i hear of magnetic fluids etc?
kat : In regards to the treatment of HIV (aids) i’m not sure how magnets could possibly help this condition at all. The nature of it does not make it treatable by magnetic therapy.
george : could you explain to me how it works on the body scientifically. say for example about the magnetic fluids of the body etc…kindly?
kat : All cells within the body contain a positive and negative charge, rather like a battery, this is what makes them work. When a cell becomes diseased or damaged the positive and negative charges become mixed up and knocked out of the alignment.
kat : When you place a therapeutic magnet over the area of damage or pain, the magnetic field will encourage the cell to heal by realigning the postive and negative charges.
kat : Magnetic therapy treatments also improve circulation to the area that they are placed and with the improved circulation it will also bring with it the bodys own painkillers and endorphins, a fresh supply of oxygenated blood which will be full of nutrients to further help the area.
george : any additional information that i can use?
kat : Well it depends on what it is in relation to. I wish it could help with HIV but it can’t possibly.
