The Magnopain magnetic back belt is an ingenious, innovative and cost effective way to treat pain in the lower back, whatever the cause.
With it being only 1.5 inches wide an 0.4 inches thick this belt is so discreet it can be worn under any item of clothing with ease. But don’t be fooled by it’s size! The 12 super strength magnets incorporated into this belt enable this small to discreet belt to be more powerful and higher in magnetic strength than many other wide, rigid, back/lumbar supports. Each one of these 12 magnets measures 2,600 gauss in strength , that is more than 3 times the minimum strength required of a therapeutic magnet!

The high strength of these magnets means they have the potential to eliminate even the most stubborn types of back pain. You don’t even have to worry about the magnets loosing their strength over time because these little wonders are made from a high grade rare earth magnet called Neodymium.

Magnetic insoles for foot pain relief

My neighbour got frostbite to the upper half of both of her feet many years ago, and today she suffers greatly from pain. Will magnetic insoles reduce or eliminate the pain? Will they increase the circulation that has been stagnant for so long? Thanks, Mary
Hello Mary
I think magnetic therapy can definitely help your friend.
She really needs to improve her circulation to the feet and lower leg area to start healing her nerve endings and reduce her pain.
She should start by drinking magnetised water and wearing a pair of magnetic shoe insoles. The magnetised water and the magnetic insoles will work together to increase the circulation, ease the pain and help to repair some of the damege to the area.
It isn’t going to be a quick fix, she will need to persevere with it as these type of things don’t go away overnight.
After a period of time she might want to add a magnetic pad to position under her feet at night or straps that she can wear around her ankles to take over from the insoles at night, BUT see how she goes with just the insoles and drinking magnetised water first.
Regards
Kat

Magnetic treatments for back pain relief

I’ve been having lower back / leg problems since June of 2006, also carpal tunnel symptoms in my right wrist/ hand. MRI showed 1 bulging and 1 protruding discs in cervical area; 2 bulging and 2 protruding discs in lumbar area (all with mild compression of a nerve); also a left medial meniscus tear. I’ve been to the Chiropractor for IDD (decompression) therapy 3x a week since the beginning of March.Â
I’m no worse, the pain is definitely greatly improved and I’m not as tired, I am sleeping better.  Yet, I am not able to return to my normal activities. Running the vacuum sweeper wears me out and makes my lower back and legs ache/tired/weak. I’m very involved with my son’s Cub scout group (hiking, camping, etc.). Riding in the car for more than 30 minutes makes it very difficult to walk.Â
I was on prednisone from late November 2006 to mid January 2007. Since then I’ve used only OTC pain relievers , with caution. I am a registered nurse. I know that exercise & diet are very important to improving all of this. I’m sceptical also. Can you send me some further information/suggestions? Thanks for your assitance.

Hello Virginia
Unfortunately it is very common for nurses to suffer with back problems.
The type of work that they do put incredible strain on the back over the
years and can cause many problems later on, anything from mild back ache
to sciatica and herniated discs.

Are there any side effects or risks involved when using magnetic therapy?
There are no known side effects to using medical magnetic treatments.
Healing magnets are totally safe and they do not contain any chemicals or drugs. Unless you have one of the conditions listed here, you may use magnetic therapy and you will not suffer any side effects or risks whatsoever.
Some people report that they feel warm or hot for the first few days, especially at the point where the magnets are placed. This feeling is entirely normal and happens because their circulation is improving and their body is better perfused than before.
It’s a little bit like when you exercise, your body gets hot due to the increased blood circulation (perfusion). The feeling will settle after a few days as your system gets used to it and readjusts.
Others have documented that they feel tingling and slight dizziness for the first few days of use and once again this is due to the increased blood circulation and it will also settle very quickly as your body get used to it. Continue reading Magnetic Therapy side effects…
