following cards: What are the delivery charges? UK delivery charges. I don't live in the UK, can you still deliver to me? Yes, we will send your product anywhere in the world. We use air mail. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. How long will it take for my goods to be delivered? If you live within the U.K, you can expect your product to be delivered within 3 working days of your order being placed. (excludes mattress covers and out of stock items). (Please note that if you pay by cheque, we have to wait for your cheque to clear before we can dispatch your goods. Therefore your goods can take up to 10 days to arrive at your doorstep.) If you live outside the U.K, Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your goods. What happens if I'm not at home when you deliver? We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries. If you are not in, you will be left a note to say that delivery was attempted, which will also contain full instructions about how to obtain your parcel - either by rearranging a delivery time, or by collecting the parcel from a local delivery office.
