Obama's Health care Plan 2009 [General Discussion]?

I am not so knowledgable on the Health care Issue as I am on other areas of politics, but it seems a lot of people are not so pleased with Obama's Health care plans. Help me to understand:

1. What is so bad about Obama's health care plans?

2. Is there some good in his plans?

3. Why are many against a Universal health care coverage program?

4. What if we can offer a tax incentive program to those who improve on their health, and would be rewarded? (i.e. A person who is obese and actually loses weight can be eligibile for tax incentives or money going towards their health insurance?)

5. WHAT would you rather see?
