I have used pointed magnets for the treatment hip pain for a week days. Initially I developed dry skin and then showed up dry bristles with itching and hip pain increased. Advise treatment for this type of reaction and also how to reverse the   effect?

If the magnets you used were neodymium they are usually coted with a nickel  copper nickel coating to keep them from corroding or splintering.   Nickel sensitivity is common therefore the magnet contact with the skin can be improved with gold or epoxy layer added.
I am not certain if you are using the negative side toward the body.  The positive side should only be applied for short periods of time and should not be slept with toward the body.
The purpose of the magnets is to increase the mobility of the water at the site of the pain and thus reduce swelling which puts pressure on the nerves.  Additionally the improved chemistry in the area can improve nerve function  and thus correct muscle imbalance which puts pressure on the nerves.  This is what I have found in my practice.

Curios to know why the positive side should only be applied for short periods and what is the benefit of using it.
We have only been told to use the negative side of the magnet  Huh

In respect to the reaction you have suffered, i agree that it is likley an allergic reaction to the metal coating on the magnet.

You can get around this by covering the magnet in a thin layer so that it does not directly come into contact with the skin. You could try wrapping the magnet in a layer of surgical tape such as micropore tape.

The markings on a magnet are down to each manufacturer and you can't assume that all will be the same. You should always check with the manufacturer or retailer of the magnet as to the strength, polarity and lifespan before purchasing.

Thank you for the response and views. I wish to inform details of the type of magnet.

The type of magnet I have used are as follows.
"Star Magnet (small /Standard).  A small magnet with its North Pole side circular shaped and South Pole side star shaped. Diameter – approximately 3.5 to 5 mm. Used for balancing the energy in the required part of the body. When applied, the star of the magnet should touch the body skin."

Some more details on the question.
I have used the above magnets pointing on the pressure point back side of Palm for the treatment hip pain as part of Sujok therapy for a week days. Magnets were placed in the night on the body by Surgical tape and keep for 7 to 8 hours and remove in the morning. Initially I developed dry skin and then showed up dry bristles (like chicken pox bubbles) with itching and hip pain increased. I got increased hip pain in left side and difficulty in walking with limping (which was not there earlier. Earlier pain was only in the right hip).
Please advice treatment for this type of reaction and also how to nullify the   effect on the skin(Itching and Bristols) and on hip pain?
