Q: I suffer from tension headaches on an almost daily basis and migraines every few weeks. Should I use different types of magnet for different types of headache? Can you measure the benefit of reducing tension headaches in percentages so I can understand the effectiveness of the treatment.

Tension headaches and migraines can be treated with a magnetic necklace that has 3,000 gauss magnets or by sleeping on a magnetic pillow pad, both are extremely effective. Each person receives different results, some
