Q: Would a magnetic bracelet help for nerve ending pain caused by two operations for an anal fissure my wife has had?

No a bracelet will not help the pain from an anal fissure because magnets
have to be placed as close to the point of pain as possible and a bracelet
is quite simply to far away. She would most probably benefit most from a
pillow pad or bed pad that she can sit on during the day and lie on at
night time.
