It is very uncommon for magnetic bracelets to cause dizziness, but some
people have reported feeling dizzy for the first couple of days. This is
most likely due to the increase in blood flow around the body and the
increased oxygenation to the tissues. If it does occur it should only be
very temporary and will not cause any harm.
